Originally from New Jersey, Dave settled in Asheville over 30 years ago. He’s spent over two decades in real estate, specializing in land and rural properties, and has sold thousands of acres across Western North Carolina.
Dave’s passion for community service is deeply woven into his life. For 20 years, he’s been especially dedicated to volunteering with the kids at Leicester Elementary, where his wife, Norma, taught. He has also contributed his time to the Board of Realtors, United Way, and Manna Food Bank.
When he’s not working or volunteering, you’ll find Dave at local shows with Norma, or enjoying time with his dog, Jed, at Wagbar or on the scenic trails of Western North Carolina.
